You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, and in this case you are entitled to exchange the goods or request a refund. 

Please return the product in its original packaging and in undamaged condition, otherwise our company may reject your request or only partially fulfill it. 

If we do not receive a written request on this subject within 14 days of receipt, a refund or exchange of the product is not possible.

E-könyv: Az e-könyv szellemi tulajdon, amely fizikailag nem adható vissza (átruházható vagy másolható), ezért nem lehetséges ennek a terméknek a cseréje vagy visszatérítése.

Készletek, csomagok: A készlet egyes termékeinek részleges visszaküldése nem lehetséges. A Rejtélyes dobozra vonatkozó reklamációt csak akkor fogadjuk el és oldjuk meg, ha a doboz teljes tartalma visszaküldésre kerül.

Ajándékok: az ajándékba kapott termékekre nem lehet igényt érvényesíteni.
